• Hi I already tried that solution and it is not valid, besides, what happens to 90% of users and not everyone will experience the same problem. support has been 5h today but they have not found the problem. however, with Sonicwall Mobile Connect for windows 10 it connects fine. the problem is in NetExtender

• Thanks JASNI26. it works fine, but then, what is "Secondary LDAP server" for? I understand that if the primary server goes down, the backup will work right?
